After six years with KPMG and a further six years supplying IT solutions to SME’s with Burroughs Computers, Rob enjoyed 25 rewarding and successful years as Business Development Manager for the IRIS Software Group, where he implemented specialist accountancy, tax and practice management software into over 1,000 accountancy practices in the North and Midlands.

Being involved with accountancy practices for more than 30 years helped Rob build a strong understanding of the problems practices experience when it comes to looking to tackle succession planning. The demography issues of partners and sole practitioners, reduction of training commitment and the financial strain on younger owner/partner candidates has added to the difficulties in finding suitable matches. Rob Proctor has considered, and through Proctor Partnerships can provide, some practical solutions to these problems and issues.

Isaac has been involved in the sale of accountancy fees since 2008 and specialises in finding solutions to complications and obstacles which can delay or impede a deal.His experience,care and businesslike approach ensure that progress is made at a pace that suits the accountant but nontheless allows the plans and activities for selling the accountancy practice to fall into place in a timely manner.

Isaac has brokered deals involving top 20 firms through to sole practitioners,from small blocks of fees upto multi million pound national practices and this wide experience give him a strong grasp of the needs of accountacy practices and their partners in this rapidly changing accountancy market.
